Tinned Fish Candle, Juniper And Fraser Fir

"We call this one "Gin Soaked Herring under a Fir Coat" and it's inspired by my favorite Russian dish, Herring under a fur coat (or Shuba), which is a traditional Russian layered salad. It typically consists of the following layers, assembled in a specific order:
