What is Norwood?

Norwood is an independent clothing and footwear retailer based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. We opened in 2011 and have been curating a carefully selected range of men's and women's clothing, footwear, and accessories ever since. We operate two physical locations in Regina as well as our online store at norwoodshop.ca, shipping across Canada.

We carry a curated selection of men's and women's clothing, footwear, and accessories from brands including Stussy, Levi's, Patagonia, Reigning Champ, Le Bon Shoppe, CUB, Brixton, Vans, Red Wing Heritage, Blundstone, Converse, Herschel, Baggu,  and more. Does Norwood carry men's and women's clothing?

Yes. We carry clothing, footwear, and accessories for both men and women, including dedicated sections for men's and women's clothing, footwear, and accessories.

How often do you get new arrivals?

We receive new arrivals weekly. Follow us on Instagram for the latest drops.

Is Norwood locally owned?

Yes. Norwood is independently and locally owned and operated in Regina, Saskatchewan. We are not a franchise or chain.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We ship to most Canadian addresses at a flat rate of $16.49 regardless of order size or destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within most of Canada is a flat rate of $16.49. 

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we ship to US addresses. Duties and taxes on US shipments are the responsibility of the customer if not calculated at checkout. If duties and taxes are not paid, the shipment will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of payment confirmation (weekends and holidays excluded). Delivery within Canada is typically within five business days. Delivery to the United States is typically 10–14 business days. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. Select the pick up option at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready. Pick up is available at both our Downtown and Cathedral locations in Regina.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns for store credit or exchange can be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an order processing error on our part. We recommend returning items with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused, and undamaged items. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there is an error in your order or an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will cover the return shipping cost and resolve the issue promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, and Visa.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Norwood gift cards are available for purchase online and can be used toward any purchase in store or online.
